Do we have the right to stop them or do we have the right to just remain silent about it? What else can we do about the cutting of trees for the extension of SM City Baguio. The mayor signed the papers and SM is given the go signal. So what else can we do? WE love trees and nature but what power do we have from the elites? And besides, the trees are within SM's prime lot so the hell do we care? SM can do anything they want! Why do we stick up our asses on business we, the mass can't even do something about? It has been more than a week since the boycott and the protest is worthless. WORTHLESS! The rally just caused traffic jams, noise pollution and a lot of commotion. Right now,we are so silent about it. So let us be silent, FOR NOW.

They really don't

Majority of the people last January 23 had an uproar of their desire to stop the extension of SM just below its current building. What's the matter? 182 trees are affected by their corporate desire to increase the sales of SM. Although, it may be a marketing strategy to call the attention of most students. And those students would be the students of the University of the Cordilleras. So after the long hours of school they would just step out of the gates and just in front of them, TADA! SM, here we come.

If we separate human desires from the need of nature, then our human desires would be broken to pieces. Why? We cause our death when we remove the 182 trees. Imagine that, that would save one university. That would be UC. So please stop it, this ain't enough but the trees are more important than your riches. The trees are our riches.
